Service Description

This class is designed for adults who want to learn lyrical. Led by an experienced instructor, classes include warm-ups, across-the-floor combinations, and exercises to improve flexibility, strength, balance, and posture. The class provides a fun and challenging way for adults to exercise, improve their skills, and engage in a creative pursuit.
